Horrified: Violent Explosion in Iran! Israel Hit power plant! Russia Supports Nuclear Deal!
According to local media reports, a massive explosion occurred at a power station in the northern Iranian city of Neyshabur on Friday night, after dozens of firefighters responded to the fire for three hours.
Mehdi Hosseini, director of the Neyshabur fire department, said the cause of the explosion and the exact extent of the damage were not clear and were being investigated. State television did not report this news, but allegations of sabotage came to the fore in some national newspapers. In recent days, there have been findings that the increasing Iran-Azerbaijan-Israel tension may cause such a situation.
Iran’s main uranium enrichment facility at Natanz has suffered a serious internal explosion, which many have previously attributed to an elaborate Israeli sabotage operation, while at least five major incidents have occurred at the power plants.
Iran is experiencing severe power outages this year as demand increases and supply remains limited. Big cities experience daily power outages, causing protests from residents.
It seems that the purpose of the sabotage is to cause internal turmoil and weaken Iran’s hand by leaving the big cities in the region victims. There was no response from Israel on the matter.
