♡ WORKOUT:15-minute workout

Equipment – dumbbells
Interval – 15 rounds of 10-seconds rest / 50 seconds of doing the exercise
Exercises:
1 – side lunge to reverse lunge then switch to the other side
2 – plank reach backs to front jab – alternate sides
3 – jump lunge with butt lift – alternate sides
4 – 5 pendulum to hip thrusters
5 – jump overweight to reverse lunge front raise

♡ CORE WORK: 4 minutes of deep core work
Equipment – resistance band loops
Interval – 6 rounds of 10-seconds rest / 30 seconds of doing the exercise
Exercises:
1 – bird dog with resistance band around feet – right
2 – bird dog with resistance band around feet – left
3 – back loop pull downs

♡ Then we reflect more on Matthew chapters 19 & 20.
