Faith and Mental Health: How Are We Coping

COVID-19 has challenged us to our core.

Fear. Loneliness. Helplessness.

These are just a few of the mental health challenges that we face daily. Community faith leaders are being called upon to help those in need as never before.

Join us to hear how leaders from different faith based communities, in the U.S. and in Israel are meeting these challenges in these trying times.

Some of the questions we will explore are:
What is the role of self-care within your faith and why is it important?
What role does a community faith based leader assume to support the mental health of their community?
How do they help cope?
How do faith based leaders address these community-wide challenges we are facing?
How can government and faith based community leaders cooperate to help the community?

Streamed live, the program will feature:
Zen Buddhist Priest Daiki Barlow
Reverend Dr. Dominique Robinson
Dean of Chapel and Assistant Professor
