Am I Strong Enough to Do This

Lipedema treatment is the longest process of commitment I’ve ever had to decide on. I have two rare conditions together. Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Lipedema. Both of these conditions cause extreme pain. I have lipedema legs and lipedema arms. When I wrap my legs for lipedema, it causes extreme pain. I’ve tried everything to distract myself from the pain, but this is one thing that causes the bandages to come off immediately. It takes hours a day to wrap and roll the bandages so it’s not an easy commitment and my husband is the one wrapping me, so its also a commitment from him every day. There is huge improvement in my lower leg but my upper leg is showing no improvement at all. In fact, in some areas it has gotten bigger. The only successful treatment of lipedema is liposuction but that is not an option for me at this time. Wrapping will be part of my life from here on out so I just have to get used to it. Thankfully my pain tolerance is extremely high because I’ve had these conditions all my life. This is also been called “painful fat syndrome” and to me, it feels like all my nerve endings are exposed. I’ve ignored this my entire life until a few months ago when it started to go into level 4 lipedema. I don’t like this. I just want to be normal and have energy and not be in pain. This is my life! I am trying to make the best of it for my family. I realize it can always be worse, and I thank God every day for my troubles instead of someone elses.

Our Story
Andrea used to live in Florida, until she met her husband Hadar online on World of Warcraft. We met for the first time in Israel, and got married in America. Andrea moved to Israel and had been living there for 10 years. We are happy to announce that.. Our family just recently moved to AMERICA! We made it! We are a fun loving and happy family. We are not fake family vloggers. You will never see us being fake. Views are not as important to us as our integrity. Many of our family and real life friends watch our videos. You can be assured that what you are seeing is 100% truth and reality. You will not only see the best of us, but the worst of us as well. We all have a story to tell and it’s not always pretty. For us, it will always be real. I do not make videos just for you. These are my family’s memories. There would be no point in making videos if it weren’t the truth. Please remember, when leaving a comment, that we are not characters on a tv show. We are real people.

About our son: Rafael was diagnosed with #OCD and High Functioning #Autism, also known as #Asperger’s syndrome, on the Autism spectrum (ASD). We have a few videos of Rafael so you can understand his diagnosis better:
