Paulo Costa doing his strength and Conditioning routine mixed with stiking drills. i figured you guys would want to see the type of training fighters like Paulo Costa does. I like this type of training alot. a big mistake fighters make with doing strength and conditioning is mixing in strikes while your muscles are pumped up from lifting weights. You will notice some fighters have great conditioning with striking or great grappling conditioning but both is harder. Sometimes when your grappling and using all your strength and your muscles are full of blood and pumped up its very hard to be loose and fast when you start striking again. Training like this is great way to prepare for that. Sparring and other training footage on the way
