Nutrition and Cancer: Myths and Legends

When someone is diagnosed with cancer, the search for accurate information can be quite daunting. People want to focus on something they can control, like their food intake. Unfortunately, there are a lot of misconceptions regarding food in-take that are confusing. This talk focuses on some of these “questionable” foods and nutrients (sugar, alcohol, diary, etc.) to walk you through the gray areas and help you see the big picture.
