Becoming a new mum is a big moment in life and some women find themselves struggling with mental health issues both before and after a baby’s birth.
Previously, support has been almost non-existent. But from the start of this year all pregnant women will have access to dedicated NHS teams to help them cope with depression and anxiety.
Anna suffered with severe anxiety and ill mental health with her first child but with her second child she’s in a better place.
