How to take care of your mental health & The benefits of therapy.

In episode one, I have the privilege to learn and discuss with my very good friend Chris Miner a licensed therapist! We talk about how we can take care of our mental health and the benefits of therapy.

Chris Miner is a licensed therapist who has worked within the black community for almost 7 years. He attended college at Oral Roberts University for a psychology degree and minor in business administration. He went on to do his masters in counseling and has been working on his doctorate degree in education during the past few years.

He is also a photographer whose niche is doing photography that is attached to the storytelling of black males within a mental health framework.
