Hi, this workout is quiet intensive. Do the proper warn up before you dance it.
To put it in low impact workout, don’t do the jump and not too deep when you do squats. I almost couldn’t hold it till the end when I made this video. Especially when you do it again and again in the heat (and that was in the evening) …hehe.. 🙂
