I’ve been into keeping fit for over 20 years.
I am very passionate about all areas of fitness and I love sharing it and helping others to reach their full fitness potential.
I’m also a keen martial artist and hold black belts in 2 styles. Think that’s where my mental focus and discipline comes from.
The body is the greatest machine ever to be made and it’s good to test it to it’s limits.
This is just a small collection of some of the various ways that I like to train.
I’m available of one to one personal training sessions, group PT and large groups training sessions.
